Doctors, The God on earth..

I watched the episode of satyamev jayate on sunday and would praise the efforts put on by the aamir khan productions for raising some of the blunt issues of the society. but the discussion shown had many of the if's and but's left behind. the medical council knows whats going on and it has been open to all after the arrest of dr ketan who was alleged in the medical collages scam.
Earlier the doctors were the God on earth who saves our lives. but now it a big profession or a business with assured returns. from everything, the prescribed drugs, the lab tests, the recommendations and refrences, and even the humanity, everything is sold at a cut or a price of human life. from the birth to the death everything is a business for the doctors and the medical practiceners, the patient who could be a son to one or a husband to another, to somebody he could be a father, or a brother but for them he is a client who could just bring the business to them. whatever we are told we follow just for the sake of our beloveds. the test done are not always equired but just to get that cut from the lab, even sometimes the doctors deney the test recommended by the earlier doctors as they want their part.
The medicines have been sold on high prices just to earn the profits in many folds, because the pharmaceutical companies are giving some very lucrative offers to the doctors to recommend their products and recovering that money from the poor patients. why dont the government takee the responsibility of the citizens to provide the generic medicines on cheaper price to the people, as per the WHO the indian government is spending just 1.4% of their gdp on healthcare for the citizens and even the small countries are spending 6-8% for the same even this is far less for the country like india with such a big polulation. so how can we get the basic necesseties for ourselves while government is spending billions on their own and the money is been flowen to some countable accouunts only.
Everybody is now aware of the truth behind the business going on in the healthcare and even the ministery of health and the medical council of india too is aware of what is going on but why they all feel bound to take necessary steps and action? why we the citizens of india are so unprivilaged to get the basic need of food and healthcare? many more questions and still finding the answers..
but the people who are concerned are not committed to their duties and their job and we people are having a chalta hai attitude for ourselves...

धन्य हैं बाबा लोग ....

आज हम भविष्य की और बढते बढते रूढ़िवादिता की तरफ भी झुकते जा रहे हैं, जिंदगी की इसी आपा धापी में सही और गलत का निर्णय कर पाना मुश्किल क्यूँ लगने लगा है? क्यूँ हम अपने भविष्य को लेकर इतने चिंतित हो जाते हैं की कुछ बचकाना बातें भी हमे जीवन परिवर्तक लगने लगती हैं? आजकल कोई भी हमें एक अच्छे और सुखद भविष्य का सपना दिखा कर ठग लेता है, और हम भी देखा देखी उनका अन्धानुकरण करने लगते हैं, क्या ये सही है ? आजकल कुछ बाबा लोग जो अपने आप को आलोकिक शक्तियों का स्वामी बताते हैं वो दावा करते हैं हमारी जिंदगी बदलने का और सभी दुखों और कष्टों से मुक्ति दिलाने का , तो क्या वो सही हैं?? नहीं ...  जब कोई भी इंसान परेशान होता है तो वो कोई सहारा ढूँढता है और ये बाबा लोग और उनके चमचे ऐसे ही लोगों को ढूँढते रहते है और वो हमें आशा की एक किरण की तरह दिखते हैं,  उनके पीछे लोगों का हुजूम और उनकी नौटंकी को हम भगवान् का एक रूप मान लेते हैं,,, 

क्या हमारे जीवन की परेशानियां हम पर इतनी हावी हो चुकी हैं की हम उन से लडने के बजाये उनका समाधान ऐसे लोगों के पास चुनते हैं जिनके स्वयं के पास अपनी परेशानियों का कोई हल नहीं है..

 चतरा (झारखंड) से सांसद और झारखंड विधानसभा के स्‍पीकर रह चुके इंदर सिंह नामधारी ने आज के निर्मल बाबा का अतीत बताया है।बाबा के बारे में कहीं कोई निजी जानकारी आम नहीं है। ऐसे में नामधारी के हवाले से निर्मल बाबा के सच को पूरी दुनिया जान सकती है। बाबा नामधारी के छोटे साले है। बुरे दिनों में नामधारी ने उनकी काफी मदद की है।

बकौल इंदर सिंह नामधारी, '1964 में जब मेरी शादी हुई थी, तो उस वक्त निर्मल 13-14 साल के थे। पहले ही पिता की हत्या हो गयी थी। इसलिए उनकी मां (मेरी सास) ने कहा था कि इसे उधर ही ले जाकर कुछ व्यवसाय करायें। 1970-71 में वह मेदिनीनगर (तब डालटनगंज) आये। 1981-82 तक रहे, उसके बाद रांची में 1984 तक रहे। उसी वर्ष रांची का मकान बेच कर दिल्ली लौट गये।' 1981-82 तक वह मेदिनीनगर में रह कर व्यवसाय करते थे। चैनपुर थाना क्षेत्र के कंकारी में उनका ईंट-भट्ठा भी हुआ करता था, जो निर्मल ईंट के नाम से चलता था। लेकिन आज जो उनका चमत्‍कारिक कायाकल्‍प हुआ, उस बारे में उनके करीबी भी ज्‍यादा बात करना नहीं चाहते।

नामधारी ने 'प्रभात खबर' को दिए एक इंटरव्यू में बताया कि निर्मल ने 1998-99 में बहरागोड़ा (झारखंड) में माइंस की ठेकेदारी ली थी। इसी क्रम में उन्हें कोई आत्मज्ञान प्राप्त हुआ। इसके बाद वह अध्यात्म की तरफ मुड़ गये। नामधारी ने बाबा के 'चमत्‍कारिक कायाकल्‍प' के बारे में इससे ज्‍यादा कुछ बोलने से इनकार कर दिया।

आज निर्मल बाबा के दुनिया भर में लाखों भक्‍त हैं, लेकिन उनके जीजा नामधारी को उनका तरीका पसंद नहीं आता। उन्‍होंने बताया, 'मैं कहता हूं कि ईश्वरीय कृपा से यदि कोई शक्ति मिली है, तो उसका उपयोग जनकल्याण में होना चाहिए। बात अगर निर्मल बाबा की ही करें, तो आज जिस मुकाम पर वह हैं, वह अगर जंगल में भी रहें, तो श्रद्धालु पहुंचेंगे। फिर प्रचार क्यों? पैसा देकर ख्याति बटोर कर क्या करना है? जनकल्याण में अधिक लोगों का भला हो।' गौरतलब है कि निर्मल बाबा देश के लगभग हर प्रमुख टीवी चैनल पर अपना विज्ञापन कराते हैं।

निर्मल बाबा के परिवार के बारे में मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक वह दो भाई हैं। बड़े भाई मंजीत सिंह अभी लुधियाना में रहते हैं। निर्मल बाबा छोटे हैं। मेदिनीनगर (झारखंड) के दिलीप सिंह बग्गा की तीसरी बेटी से उनकी शादी हुई। उनके एक बेटा और एक बेटी है। 1947 में देश के बंटवारे के समय निर्मल बाबा का परिवार भारत आ गया था। यही निर्मल बाबा जो मीडिया और चैनल पर एक विज्ञापन की तरह प्रचार करते हैं और लोगों पर अपनी कृपा दृष्टि बनाने का दावा करते हैं, यहाँ तक की हमारा मीडिया भी सिर्फ चाँद रुपियों के लिए उनका कार्यक्रम प्रसारित करते हैं और लोगों को भ्रमित करते हैं, उनके बताये हुए उपाय बडे ही  बचकाना तरीके से लोग पैसा देकर सुनते हैं और अपनाते हैं, ये सब क्या है ??

क्या ये उन लोगों की भावनाओं का मज़ाक नहीं या ये उनके साथ और उनकी आस्था और विश्वास के साथ खिलवाड़ नहीं है? वो एक उम्मीद के साथ आते हैं और एक चुटकुला सुन कर चले जाते हैं ..

पता नहीं हम कब जिंदगी की इस जद्दो जेहाद से निकल कर एक अच्छे भविष्य का निर्माण स्वयं कर सकेंगे , और इन बाबाओं और नेताओं के चुंगल से बच सकेंगे ...

शहीदी दिवस

दोस्तों आज हिन्दू नव वर्ष विक्रमी संवत 2069 एवं युगाब्द 5114 की हार्दिक मंगलकामनाये, साथ ही आज चैत्र मास के नवरात्री भी शुरू हो गयी है, और आज हमारे वीर शहीदों का शहीदी दिवस भी है, आज ही भगत सिंह राजगुरु और सुखदेव को फांसी दी गयी थी..
तो आइये हम अपनी खुशियों मैं उन शहीदों को भी याद रखें जिनकी कुर्बानी से आज हम स्वतंत्र हैं और माँ भगवती से कामना करैं की माँ सभी को सुख शांति और समृद्धि प्रदान करैं .... 

धारा "49-0"

क्या आप जानते हैं ?????????

1-कानून की धारा "49-0" के अनुसार, आप मतदान केंद्र पर जा कर अपनी पहचान की पुष्टि करा कर, अपनी ऊँगली को चिन्हित कराकर, पीठासीन चुनाव अधिकारी को बता सकते है कि आप किसी को भी वोट नहीं देना चाहते हैं।

2-जी हाँ, ऐसी सुविधा उपलब्ध है परन्तु इन नेताओं ने इसे कभी ज़ाहिर नहीं होने दिया है और यह सुविधा है - धारा "49-0" ** आप को वहां जा कर कहना है - मैं किसी को वोट देना नहीं चाहता/चाहती

3-क्योंकि, अगर किसी वार्ड के चुनाव में, एक उम्मीदवार (for example) अगर 123 वोटो से जीतता है और उसी वार्ड में 49-0 के वोट 123 से ज़्यादा पड़ते हैं तो उस वार्ड का चुनाव रद्द माना जाएगा और वहां पुनर्मतदान होगा।

4-यही नहीं वहां के उम्मीदवारों की उम्मीदवारी भी रद्द मानी जायेगी और वे चुनाव में फिर से खड़े नहीं हो सकते क्यूंकि लोगों ने उन के बारे में अपना रवैया स्पष्ट कर दिया ऐसा माना जाएगा।

5-यह राजनीतिक पार्टियों में भय पैदा करेगा और वे गलत लोगों को उम्मीदवार बनाने से परहेज़ करेंगे और अच्छे लोगों को चुनाव मैदान में उतारेंगे। इस से हमारी राजनैतिक प्रणाली में बदलाव आएगा।

6-यह एक आश्चर्य का विषय है की हमारे 'चुनाव आयोग' ने इस अचूक हथियार के विषय में जनता को क्यों नहीं शिक्षित किया ??

7- यह भारत में भ्रष्ट दलों के खिलाफ अद्भुत हथियार हो सकता है, अपनी शक्ति/ताकत दिखाईये, अपनी इच्छा को व्यक्त कीजिये कि आप किसी को भी वोट नहीं देना चाहते, यह ही आप का सब से बड़ा हथियार है, वोट देने से भी ज़यादा बड़ा हथियार।

अपने इस हथियार को प्रयोग में लाइए ....... must go and vote..

PGC & Citizen Charter an eyewash...

Sometimes i dont understand why and what the government of india wants? for what we are electing our representatives when we are befooled by them only. the government just to overcome the janloakpal is trying to make some fake promises with the redresaal of complaints with various departments and the citizen charter and the public grievence comission is being setup way back but how they are functioning anybody can check.. even the delhi governments website is just an eyewash, i am complaining against the delhi jal board and the MCD from the last four months in various departments with the name of the concerned officers but nothing is been done and even the portals are not working as they dont except your complaints, many a times i have been given the compalint numbers but nobody cares for them.
and still government is committed  for his version of lokpal which is another form of befooling us.
the government should first give some kind of trainning to their relevent departments to handle the complaints and should be serious about them. they must rethink about what is gud for the country and the citizens of this country rather looking for who is the agent for whom.
its a shame that after 64 yeras of independence we are still on the issues of food bills which should have been cleared years back, is india progressing when the people here dont even have the bare nessasities to survival.
again the same thing why and for whom i am writing all this, as nobody cares, nobody will be going to read this and nobody will respond to this.
